Threefold was commissioned by Thales to conduct an investigation and deployment mission for SAP Concur. This mission involved developing the project strategy and budget, as well as defining a deployment roadmap. Our objectives included deployment preparation, global budget development, and roadmap organization.

Objectives :
- Development of project strategy and budget.
- Definition of a deployment roadmap.
Tasks :
1. Deployment Preparation :
- Validate and communicate the official scope of entities to the project team.
- Define and validate the integration strategy for entities to be deployed.
- Process and develop the list of entities to be deployed.
- Study the technical deployment strategy and analyze technical and legal constraints.
2. Development of Global Project Budget :
- Costs of inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Cost of GEIP flows.
- SAP Concur implementation costs.
- Cost of resources (AXYS & Central IS/IT TGS).
- Project ROI analysis and testing.
3. Organization and Roadmap :
- Define and validate the list of Key users and local contacts.
- Define and validate the deployment schedule for 2018 – 2021.
Deliverables :
- Meeting report with list of decisions and actions.
- Global project budget.
- Deployment roadmap.
- Project organization model : Governance.
