Development Project for Baleine Oil Field.

Main objective : Provide the necessary Subsea equipment for the development of the Baleine oil field in Ivory Coast.

Approaches :

• Rigorous order tracking : We ensured meticulous tracking of orders from procurement to final delivery, ensuring equipment compliance with contractual requirements while adhering to cost and schedule constraints.
• Proactive change management : Throughout the project, we proactively managed changes in orders to adapt to evolving requirements.
• Formalized feedback : At project completion, we formalized complete feedback (REX) and proceeded with the administrative closure of the orders.

Our challenges met :

• Anticipating and analyzing issues during equipment fabrication.
• Implementing corrective and proactive actions.
• Meeting delivery deadlines for compliant equipment on the installation vessel, despite encountered challenges.

Our tasks :

• Initiating orders in SAP.
• Organizing kick-off and transfer meetings.
• Liaising with disciplines involved in order execution.
• Managing communications with suppliers.
• Overseeing documentation until final submission.
• Monitoring supplier fabrication activities and schedules.
• Providing weekly and monthly reporting.
• Preparing documentation for transport.
• Managing administrative closure of orders (billing, LL, LDs).

Outcome :

All orders delivered for integration or offshore installation within specified deadlines.
