Threefold developed custom integration strategies, implemented robust technical support and used business intelligence tools to improve spend and billing management at Thales.

Missions :

• Integration and deployment strategy : Threefold developed bespoke integration strategies, designing workflows tailored to Thales' needs. The team also managed the adaptations needed to integrate Concur with existing systems, including implementing Hosted Custom Connector (HCC) rules, essential for file processing.
• Run & Services : Once Concur was integrated, Threefold implemented robust technical support, including log analysis and reporting to monitor and optimize the performance of the integrations. The team also handled incident and ticket management, providing ongoing support to local Thales teams.
• Analysis and Reporting : Through the use of business intelligence (BI), Threefold has improved the management of expenses and invoicing, allowing precise monitoring and real-time adaptations to Thales' needs.
• Deployment & Hypercare : Threefold ensured the preparation and monitoring of the deployment phases of Concur at Thales, including testing and qualification of the deployed solutions. Additionally, a post-deployment hypercare period was implemented to ensure the stability and effectiveness of the solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
